2. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Show Will Go On Ltd and Circus Gravity reserve the right to request and carry out random bag searches by registered members of SIA at the circus. You may be denied entry if you refuse a request to be searched. Please be patient when entering the circus and allow extra time when planning your visit. We stress that there is no specific intelligence relating to any threat to circus-goers and thank you for co-operating with our wish to keep you safe.

ALL BOOKINGS

Customers are required to collect tickets 45 minutes before the advertised start time of the performance. This applies to all sales, including phone and internet bookings.

Seats must be occupied by 15 minutes before the advertised start time or we reserve the right to refuse admission or re-sell your seats to other customers.
Sales by phone, by internet, and some sales in person will attract a booking fee. Booking fees may vary according to the service provided.

Tickets may be available from several sources, and these may have varying offers, charges, allocations or availability.

BOOKING BY PHONE

Our phone lines are open daily including Sundays and Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at your standard network charges.

Reference details and confirmation is given verbally, at the end of the phone conversation, we are not able to send a written confirmation of your phone booking. Tickets purchased over telephone must be collected from the circus ticket office on site of a maximum 15 minutes before the event. At collection of tickets you must present

  • your payment card
  • your vouchers ( if any was declared for discount )
  • proofs of concessions and disabilities ( students / disabled, or similar discounts)

If vouchers, or offers are granted over the phone, and no proof or vouchers are brought to the ticket office on collection, to support the discount,  we are entitled to charge the difference in price.

Our operator will repeat the details of booking by the end of the conversation, and this is a customer declaration of acceptance that all details provided are correct. If anything is not clear, please ask the operator to confirm again dates, times and prices, before the phone call is terminated. Once phone call is terminated, the booking is final and processed.

BOOKING IN PERSON

The ticket office at the circus is open to callers on the advertised dates and times at the respective venues.

We welcome payments by cash, and  most major credit or debit cards.

When buying on site, It is customer responsibility to clarify the requests before leaving the window, and before payment is submitted.  By checking the number of tickets, the change given, and the seats requested before paying, is the best way forward to avoid disappointment.

INTERNET BOOKING

On-line booking is available  through our website ticketing partners:  please visit www.klicket.co.uk 

Terms and conditions of each providers vary. Please read their terms and conditions also.

Online tickets are available only up to few hours before the  performance, subject to availability and cut of times of our ticketing partners. By booking online you will receive an email ticket and/or booking reference, and this should be shown at the box office on arrival.

If you haven’t receive confirmation within 2 hours, please check the ” spam” or ” junk” folder,  sometimes emails get caught on this folders by mistake. Then contact the respective partners immediately to confirm your booking AND avoid disappointment or delay on arrival.

Ticketing partners booking fee vary, so prices illustrated on this website may vary, depending on the agent and their booking fees.

TICKET COLLECTION

At busy times we have a collection only point to help you collect pre-paid tickets quickly and easily.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We regret we are unable to offer refunds for tickets once they have been paid for, whether this be online, over the phone or directly through the box office on site.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

Tickets purchased via Circus Ticket Office 

Tickets purchased via Circus ticket office directly, can  be modified ( date,  time , add extra tickets ), based on availability. Only tickets for future dates can be modified. We regret that we will not be able to change tickets for performances already played. Administration charge of £3 is charged for every change made to a reservation.

Tickets purchased online

We regret that we are not able to modify reservations made online. These changes must be solicited to the Ticketing partners where tickets were purchased from if their terms and conditions agree on changes. Please ask our operators for details and contact numbers of your ticketing partner.

DISCOUNTS & GROUP BOOKINGS

Discount vouchers are distributed for certain performances. These must be presented at the time of purchase, or at time of collection if declared over the phone or online. The conditions of use are stated on the voucher and such discount vouchers cannot be used with any other offer or against tickets already purchased.

Discounts are available for group bookings of more than 10 people. These must be arranged and pre-paid by phoning 020 3375 3970 .


Other special offers may be advertised and may vary by date or location.

AGE, TICKET TYPES & CONCESSIONS

Children 

Under the age of two years are permitted to sit on parent/guardian’s lap and no ticket purchase is necessary. For Children of two years and over a ticket must be purchased. Children under 14 unaccompanied by a responsible adult are not permitted into the circus. We provide a parking area for prams and pushchairs at the entrance and you are welcome to leave these here at your own risk. Fire regulations do not permit prams or pushchairs within the seating areas.

Adult 

Persons of sixteen years of age and over are considered adults.

Concessions

Persons over sixty years and over plus students can purchase a child ticket, upon proof of any of the above status ( card / id/ similar)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Each performance lasts approximately two hours, including an interval. Please note that, because this is a live event, the duration can vary and without prior notice.

Light refreshments, hot food and circus souvenirs are available before the show and until the end of the performance interval. Customers are not allowed to introduce their own food and drinks inside the Tent.

The Big Top is heated and climate controlled as when deemed required by Circus Gravity .

The performance may include bright or flashing lighting, non-particle smoke effects and loud sound effects. We endeavor to provide clean toilet facilities at every venue, with a toilet attendant  present. We offer customers ‘cashback’ with credit or debit cards a fee maybe charged.

ACCESSIBILITY AND DISABILITIES

We provide one area which is wheelchair accessible Fire regulations and evacuation policies impose that wheelchairs are situated  in this particular area. This is for your safety and the only option available In our theatre style set up.  Discounts for people with registered disability and carers is available by calling 0203 375 3970. Internet tickets are not wheelchair accessible or step free.

Tickets purchased online in contravention with terms and conditions, for which are required to be step-free, will be upgraded at extra costs, to the most suitable area, by paying the difference and based on availability.

STILL AND VIDEO PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography without flash and Video Filming – for private use only.

This is an interactive performance. Please do not switch off your phones Instead; Tweet, Text, Instagram Facebook all you like.  (Commercial photography and video filming is not permitted without prior agreement and payment of a location fee and performers fees). You must turn of your ringer on your phone and be considerate at all times to people around you watching the performance, any one not been considerate will be informed to stop using their phone or handheld device.

TICKET OFFICE AND PARKING AREA

Visitors vehicles are parked at customers’ own responsibility, regardless of the parking area being attended or not attended, inside the Circus area or further away, on private or public property. Reserved parking areas will be made available if possible, with regard to site and health and safety restrictions, to those with mobility difficulties.

A front of house assistant is available outside the ticket office to assist if required. Our ticket office staff are able to recommend the most appropriate seating/space for each individual. They will communicate with door staff to alert them to any arrangements that may be required in advance of the individual going into the tent.

The entrance is clearly identified by temporary flooring which is periodically checked for stability.

FOYER

Front of house assistants will make space available for storage of any personal belongings as necessary within the designated area inside the foyer tent.

TENT

No dogs with the exception of dogs for the disabled, guide dogs, or hearing dogs are allowed onto the circus premises. No push-chairs, strollers, large items,  and similar are allowed inside the Arena.
The door attendants will escort every member of the public to their seats if possible, or point them to the right area assigned and purchased.

Circus staff are clearly identified by their uniform.

PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED GROUPS

We offer ringside seating at special rates for each person in a group, with no charge for essential helpers or carers.
Please note that this facility is not available for every performance.

DOGS FOR THE DISABLED

We welcome dogs for the disabled, guide dogs and hearing dogs.

Those with a dog may select any seat price, and will be placed within the ringside seating adjacent to this area.
Water for dogs is available on request.

Please inform us when you will be accompanied by your dog so that we can ensure adequate space is made available.

INTERACTION WITH CHILDREN / CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

Parents/guardians are responsible for the children in their care. Please ensure that they remain seated, do not touch or distract the performers, and take proper care at all times.

As I’m sure you would expect, Circus Gravity is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people. In this respect Circus Gravity acknowledges its position as a powerful medium of influence. Circus Extreme has a duty of care to protect its own staff in this respect. In pursuance of our policy we undertake that:

Circus Gravity staff that you meet are in compliance with the Circus Gravity commitment; Circus Gravity staff will not be placed in a caring or supervisory position, without your express written agreement that has been made in advance of the visit event etc.

Circus Gravity staff will not ask for the personal details or contact details of any young person or offer their own details. Only generic Circus Gravity contact details will be provided.

For our part we ask that you undertake that:

You will not leave any Circus Gravity staff unaccompanied in the presence of a child or children without our express written agreement that has been made in advance of the visit or event.

You will inform your child / children that they must not ask any Circus Gravity staff for their personal details or give their personal details to any staff

That they must not approach Circus Gravity staff unless accompanied by a parent, teacher or carer etc. The Lost Children Point for the circus is clearly marked normally at the cafe in the foyer tent.

SAFE PLACE OF WORK

No member of staff should be required or feel obliged to deal with any customer either face to face, over the phone or in correspondence, who is exhibiting rude, threatening, abusive or violent behavior.

Threatening behavior is defined as, but not limited to, being over assertive,  sexist, racist or homophobic; including intimidating language, attitude  and tone of voice, with or without swearing.  Verbally or physically intimidating our members of staff will trigger the right to refuse admission or ask the offender to leave the premises.

PERFORMANCES MAIN DISCLAIMER

Due to the hazardous nature of circus performance we reserve the right to alter the advertised programme at any time. Circus Gravity takes no responsibility for loss or damage to property howsoever caused. The Circus Gravity name, logos and images are copyright. This policy may be revised at any time.

3.”WIN A FAMILY TICKET” AND “SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION WINNERS”

The prize defined as  “Family ticket” is usually for 4 people ( any age , minimum one adult ) allocated on Grandstand seats, unless otherwise stated. There is no Cash alternative.

The prize defined as a “VIP Family ticket” is usually for 4 people ( any age , minimum one adult ) allocated on VIP Ringside seats, unless otherwise stated, based on availability. There is no Cash alternative.

All competition entrants must comply with any stated conditions of the competition and respond through Facebook or the corresponding social media site only.

The competition is only open to people aged 18 or over with residency in the UK. The competition is not open to employees of Circus Gravity, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the competition.

The winner/s will be drawn at random on the advertised closure date and will be notified by Facebook private message only. Customers will be requested to email us and book a selected date and time of attendance.  Only correct & completed entries will be entered into the prize draw. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event of the winner not being able to accept the prize they can (when agreed by Circus Gravity) nominate a family member to accept on their behalf. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at Circus Gravity discretion.

No purchase necessary. Circus Gravity reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control.
